Japanese Wagyu A5 & Australian Wagyu – approx. 2.15 kg Experience a truly luxurious steak journey at home with our Wagyu Grand Quintet – Black Friday Edition, a carefully curated selection of more than 2 kg (approx. 2.15 kg) of premium Wagyu. This box is designed for serious meat lovers who want to compare ultra-marbled Japanese Wagyu A5 with rich, buttery Australian Wagyu in real, generous steak portions. Whether you’re planning a special dinner, a tasting evening with friends, or you simply want to fill your freezer with top-tier steaks, this Black Friday box gives you everything you need in one shot – at an exceptional price. What’s inside – full contents (approx. 2.15 kg) This Wagyu Grand Quintet includes: 2 × 300 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Ribeye Total: 600 g The star of the show: intensely marbled, incredibly juicy ribeye with that classic “melt-in-your-mouth” Wagyu texture. 2 × 250 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Striploin Total: 500 g Elegant, slightly leaner than ribeye but still with beautiful marbling. Perfect if you like a bit more “steak bite” while keeping all the richness of A5. 1 × 200 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Tenderloin (Fillet) Total: 200 g Super tender and refined in taste. A fine-dining style cut that shows the delicate side of Japanese A5. 300 g Japanese Wagyu A5 Yakiniku Slices Total: 300 g Thinly sliced A5 for hot plates, cast iron, teppanyaki or quick pan searing. Ideal for sharing bites and tasting pure marbling in small portions. 1 × 300 g Australian Wagyu Ribeye Total: 300 g A beautifully marbled ribeye with a rich, beefy flavour and a slightly firmer texture than Japanese A5. Perfect for a side-by-side comparison. 1 × 250 g Australian Wagyu Tenderloin (Fillet) Total: 250 g Extremely tender, smooth and clean in taste. A great “bridge” between classic European fine dining and the world of Wagyu. Total weight: approx. 2.15 kg of Wagyu (around 1.6 kg Japanese Wagyu A5 + 550 g Australian Wagyu) A tasting journey: Japan vs. Australia This box is not just “a lot of meat”. It is built as a guided tasting experience: Compare Japanese A5 ribeye with Australian Wagyu ribeye – same cut, different origin and feeding style. Taste the difference between ribeye and striploin in Japanese A5 – more marbling and richness in ribeye vs. a slightly more structured bite in striploin. Enjoy the tenderloin from both worlds – Japanese A5 tenderloin with insane tenderness and buttery texture, – and Australian Wagyu tenderloin as a slightly more “classic” but still luxurious fillet. Use the A5 yakiniku slices for sharing – small bites that let everyone at the table taste real A5 without committing to a full steak. If you want to organise a Wagyu evening with friends or family, this box comfortably covers several meals or one big multi-course tasting for a group. Suggested serving ideas You can, of course, cook this box however you like – but here are some ideas: Japanese Wagyu A5 Ribeye & Striploin (steaks) – Cook them hot and fast (cast-iron pan, plancha or very hot grill) to medium-rare / rare. – Slice thinly across the grain and share on a wooden board so everyone can taste. Japanese Wagyu A5 Tenderloin – Perfect for a romantic dinner or a “chef’s course” in the middle of your tasting. – Cook gently to rare/medium-rare and serve with simple sides so the flavour of the meat stays in the spotlight. Japanese Wagyu A5 Yakiniku Slices – Ideal for quick searing, teppanyaki, hot stone, tabletop grill or cast-iron pan. – Just a pinch of salt, maybe a light dipping sauce – each bite will be extremely rich. Australian Wagyu Ribeye & Tenderloin – Fantastic as a comparison set alongside the Japanese A5 steaks. – You can serve them in the same meal so your guests can feel the difference in marbling and flavour profile. With more than 2 kg of Wagyu in total, you can easily spread this across multiple dinners or make one unforgettable Wagyu feast. Storage & cooking tips The Wagyu is shipped chilled in insulated packaging. Once received, you can: keep it in the refrigerator if you plan to cook within a few days, or freeze individual steaks for later (we recommend vacuum packing or keeping the original vacuum packs). Before cooking, let the steaks come to room temperature (20–40 minutes, depending on size). Use high heat, minimal seasoning (just good salt, maybe a touch of pepper after cooking), and let the marbling do the work. Rest the steaks for a few minutes after cooking, then slice and serve. Shipping and packaging Shipped chilled by DHL Air from our EU facility Packed in insulated boxes with coolant to maintain the cold chain during transport Each cut is individually packed for convenience and hygiene Tracking included, so you can follow your order from us to your doorstep We deliver to most EU countries, making this Wagyu Grand Quintet a perfect choice for anyone in Europe who wants to experience top-quality Wagyu at home. Limited stock Because this box includes a large amount of Japanese Wagyu A5 and Australian Wagyu, our stock is strictly limited. Once the Wagyu Grand Quintet – Black Friday Edition (More than 2 kg) is sold out, it will not be restocked at this price. If you’ve always wanted to organise a serious Wagyu tasting at home, this is the moment to do it.

Certification and origin documentation can be provided on request for premium Japanese Wagyu and Kobe beef, depending on the specific product and batch. This gives customers in Europe a safer and more reliable way to buy authentic Japanese Wagyu online.

WagyuBeef.eu ships premium frozen Wagyu beef and premium meat across Europe using insulated packaging, frozen thermo gel packs and dry ice. Our shipping process is designed to protect the cold chain, keep the products frozen or safely cold during transit, and deliver your order as quickly as possible through DHL Express.

We know that ordering premium Wagyu online requires trust. That is why we carefully pack every order and take responsibility for the shipment when a logistics issue, carrier delay or cold-chain problem occurs and it is not caused by the customer.

WagyuBeef.eu DHL Express cold-chain delivery for frozen Wagyu beef across Europe

When we ship your order

Orders are usually shipped from Monday to Wednesday. This helps avoid unnecessary weekend delays and keeps frozen shipments moving through the DHL network as fast as possible.

Orders placed from Thursday to Sunday are usually prepared and shipped the following Monday. This schedule is used to protect product quality and reduce the risk of a frozen food shipment being delayed over the weekend.

Fast DHL Express delivery across Europe

Packages are transported from our cold-storage facility near Bucharest Airport to the DHL airport facility shortly before departure. In normal conditions, boxes are delivered to the DHL airport facility close to flight departure time, reducing unnecessary time outside controlled storage.

We usually ship with DHL Express. Most EU deliveries arrive within 24–48 hours after dispatch, depending on the destination country, DHL route, local delivery conditions and any exceptional logistics events.

After dispatch, you will receive a DHL tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time. Because this is a frozen food shipment, please follow the tracking closely and make sure someone is available to receive the package on the delivery day.

How we keep your Wagyu cold in transit

Each shipment is packed in an insulated box with frozen thermo gel packs and dry ice. Dry ice has a temperature of approximately −79 °C and helps maintain very low temperatures during transit.

Our packaging is designed to protect the cold chain for up to 96 hours under normal shipping conditions. This gives the shipment a safety margin in case of normal transit variations.

Important dry ice safety warning: do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause cold burns. Do not place dry ice directly on skin, in your mouth, near children or near pets. Let any remaining dry ice evaporate naturally in a well-ventilated area.

Delivery guarantee: you do not risk your order

When you order from WagyuBeef.eu, you do not take the risk for shipping problems caused by transit delays, logistics issues or cold-chain failure during delivery. We guarantee that your order reaches you in proper condition.

If a shipment is delayed by the carrier or arrives compromised because of a logistics issue that is not your fault, WagyuBeef.eu takes responsibility. Depending on the situation, we will send the order again or offer a suitable solution.

The only exceptions are situations outside our responsibility or caused by the recipient, such as an incorrect delivery address, wrong phone number, recipient unavailable at delivery, failure to answer DHL, refusal of delivery, delivery rescheduling requested by the customer, or any other situation where DHL tries to deliver but cannot complete the delivery because of the recipient.

Our goal is simple: customers should feel safe ordering premium frozen Wagyu beef online. If you notice any delivery problem, contact us immediately so we can help.

Frozen, thawed & food safety

Our products are shipped frozen. Depending on outside temperature, transit time, destination country and the size or thickness of the cut, the product may arrive fully frozen, partially frozen, slightly thawed on the surface or fully thawed but still cold.

This does not automatically mean that the product is unsafe. The shipment is packed to protect the cold chain, and meat that arrives cold can usually be safely consumed according to the best-before date printed on the label.

Legal notice: for legal and labelling reasons, frozen meat shipped internationally may be declared as “thawed” even if it arrives still frozen or only partially thawed. This notice helps customers understand the correct storage and consumption instructions after delivery.

What to do when your order arrives

Option 1 — Enjoy soon:
Place the product in the refrigerator at approximately 0–5 °C and allow it to thaw completely. Once thawed, keep it refrigerated and consume it before the best-before date printed on the label.

Option 2 — Store for later:
If the product is still frozen or only slightly thawed on the surface when it arrives, you can place it directly in your freezer at −18 °C. In this condition, it can usually be stored for up to 2 additional months without loss of quality.

Important: if the product is fully thawed, do not refreeze it. Keep it refrigerated and consume it according to the best-before date on the label.
