The website carneproaspata.ro is operated by the company FRESH MEAT DELIVERY SRL, located in AZURULUI 5 SECTOR 6 BUCURESTI, J 40/18612/2021 fiscal attribute RO, unique registration code 45134703. Using the website (including accessing, browsing, and purchasing products on this site) constitutes an implicit agreement to comply with the terms and conditions stated in this document, with all the effects and consequences arising from it.

The administrator of the WAGYUBEEF.EU website reserves the right to modify the content of this agreement at any time, without prior notification to the users, hereinafter referred to as "Users". Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions for using the services, to be able to consult them at any time.

Content of the Site and Intellectual Property Rights

Consumer Right to Unilaterally Terminate the Contract

Please ensure that you have checked the product specifications and compatibility by visiting the manufacturer's page before purchasing. Commercial relations between the buyer and WAGYUBEEF.EUare officially regulated by Government Ordinance 130/2000, regarding consumer protection at the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.

According to the current legislation OUG 34/2014, the withdrawal from the purchase is applicable only to individual customers.

The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product. Renouncing the purchase within 10 working days or 14 calendar days can only be applied for orders of articles delivered by courier.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, intact labels, and the documents that accompanied it). The return costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund of the product's value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the return request. If the products are returned in a condition where they can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to charge a fee for restoring them to their original state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the products as second-hand, or, at the customer's option, we will resend the products at their expense.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying reasons, within 10 working days or 14 calendar days.

The withdrawal period expires after 10 working days or 14 calendar days starting from the day:

when you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, come into physical possession of the products.
in the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately when you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, come into physical possession of the last product.
in the case of a contract for the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces when you or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, come into physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us through the Customer Service department of carneproaspata.ro - regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement by e-mail. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form (its use is not mandatory, however).

The withdrawal form model will be structured according to the example below:

"I hereby inform you of my withdrawal from the contract (order ID) regarding the sale of the following products [name + product id], ordered on [day-month-year] / received on [day-month-year]

Date"

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we received from you, except for additional costs determined by the fact that you chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us, without unjustified delays and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We can postpone the refund until the date we receive back the products or until the moment you have provided us with proof that you have sent back the products, whichever is the nearest date."

In the case that the consumer has received products related to the contract:

Send the products back or hand them directly to us by contacting the Customer Service department+40756903699 / WAGYUBEEF.EU (which will present in detail all the steps of shipment), without unjustified delays and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

You are only responsible for the diminution of the value of the products resulting from handling, other than those necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products."

Product Warranty

All products sold by our site benefit from warranty conditions in accordance with current legislation and the commercial policies of the manufacturers. The products are new, in the original packaging, and come from sources authorized by each manufacturer in part. The warranty will be granted for long-term use products, subject to compliance with the warranty validity conditions.

The administrator of carneproaspata.ro makes constant efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information on the site, but sometimes it may contain inadvertent errors (specifications or prices of products modified by the manufacturer without notice or viciated by operational errors). Attention: the photos are for informational purposes and may contain accessories that are not included in the standard packages.

Fraud

In order to access and use certain sections of the website, it may be necessary to create a personal account. You hereby declare that you fully assume responsibility for all and any activities carried out through the account you open on the website and, consequently, we advise you to ensure the security of your account password or other access data.
