About the cut – bone-in ribeye The bone-in ribeye is one of the most prized steak cuts: The bone helps retain juices and flavour during cooking The ribeye eye is heavily marbled, while the cap carries a generous layer of fat that renders and bastes the meat Once cooked and rested, it is perfect to slice on a board and share with 2–3 people On the grill or in a hot cast-iron pan, the external fat starts to melt and drip, creating a savoury crust while the interior stays juicy and tender. Flavour profile Expect: Rich, intense beef flavour with a deep, savoury base Creamy, slightly sweet fat, influenced by the herb and chocolate finish A buttery, luxurious mouthfeel that makes each bite feel like a treat This is a steak for people who enjoy big, characterful beef but also appreciate the indulgent, silky texture of highly marbled meat. How to cook To get the best from your Beef “Choco” bone-in ribeye: Remove the steak from the fridge and let it come close to room temperature. Season generously with good quality salt (pepper can be added after searing if you like). Cook over high heat on a grill or cast-iron pan, or use the reverse sear method for very thick cuts. Aim for medium-rare to keep the marbling juicy and the fat nicely rendered. Let the steak rest, then slice along the bone, cut into strips against the grain and serve on a board for everyone to share. The flavour is rich enough that you don’t need heavy sauces. Simple sides – roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, a fresh salad – are perfect.

Shipping

We usualy ship the order one day after your order from monday till wensday. If you put your order on thusrday till sunday we will send the package in monday. . We guaratee the goods until they reach your destination (exception is make if the DHL try to reach you and they cannot deliver because YOUR  fault). 

 Boxes will be shipped by us to DHL facility airport with maximum one hour before the plane will take off . We ship  with DHL Nextday delivery before 12 AM and order will arrive safe at your place in 24 maximum 48 hours after shipping. Our package is made to keep controlled temperature for 96 hours.Inside package you can find Thermogel pack and you can re-use them at if you need After shipping we will send you tracking number form DHL.

This product is shipped frozen. Depending on the outside temperature, transit time and the type/thickness of the cut, it may arrive partially thawed or fully thawed.
Don’t worry – the product has been kept in the cold chain at all times and is safe to consume.

For legal reasons, we are required to declare this product as “thawed”, even if it may still be partially frozen when you receive it.

What should you do when you receive your order?

  • Option 1 – Use soon:
    Place the product in the refrigerator at about 5 °C and let it thaw completely.
    Enjoy it until the best-before date printed on the label on each pack.

  • Option 2 – Store for later:
    If the product is still frozen or only slightly thawed on the surface, you can place it directly in your freezer at –18 °C upon arrival and enjoy it later.
    In this condition, it can be safely stored in the freezer for up to 2 more months without any loss of quality.
